Vulnix bills on a credit system, not open-ended usage metering. Every billable action has a fixed, upfront price, charged the moment you launch it — never metered by run duration or resource consumption, so you always know the cost before you commit to it.

Every new organization gets a one-time $25 trial credit grant — exactly enough for one quick Blackbox scan or PR review, no card required. Whitebox pentesting requires upgrading to a paid plan; PR review works on the trial plan too.
Upgrading plans
Plan changes are upward-only — you can move from Starter to Pro, but there's no in-app downgrade or lateral move. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you're charged for a full new billing cycle at the new plan's price (no proration), and your credit grant becomes the new plan's full monthly amount right away.
Where to see your usage
/settings/billing shows your current plan, credit balance, and a full ledger of every
charge and grant — the same audit trail that backs support's ability to explain exactly what a
credit balance reflects.
